Reggae artiste Chuckle Berry is currently promoting a new single featuring iconic reggae artiste Luciano. The song is called Real Life and sees the artistes tackling social issues – Luciano with his soothing vocals and Chuckle Berry with his raspy baritone sound, often compared to diamond-selling recording artiste Shaggy.
Real Life is produced by Brand New Brand Music Production on the ‘Pick Up The Pieces’ rhythm and has already charted in places in Europe, which is no coincidence since that geographical location is the biggest market for reggae music.
According to Chuckle Berry, who says he has toured almost every notable country in the world spreading positive messages, his music is not only for entertainment but to educate, medicate and motivate Jamaican youth.
To complement the momentum that the song is receiving popularity in Europe, the artiste has already released visuals for the project. A music video was recently filmed by popular videographer Asha, and Chuckle Berry disclosed that the final product is already creating a positive impact on its viewers.

“The reception to the project is great. People love it because they can relate to it easily. The video has a good storyline, and Asha did a great job by making it what it is with his video expertise, suh nuff respect to Asha,” he said.
The reggae singer, who took a small break from touring to work on some new projects, also has a new collaboration with Doran Bell, a Canada-based reggae artiste. That collaboration also has a music video and was produced by internationally renowned Canadian producer Kimo.
Kimo has worked with established acts like Akon and Kardinal Offishall. Chuckle Berry also has a few upcoming projects with iconic Grammy Award-winning producers Sly and Robbie.
“My duty is to make sure that the youth them are quite contented physically, mentally, emotionally, musically, and financially. Yeah, man! There is a lot I have to say through music,” Chuckle Berry told The Gleaner.
