We’ll start with Amsterdam, which is fantastic for affordable and trendy styles.

You haven’t experienced Amsterdam until you’ve explored its diverse shopping scene. From bustling markets to quaint boutiques, this city offers a little something for every taste and budget.

For high-end fashion and luxury goods, the chic shops of P.C. Hooftstraat and Van Baerlestraat should top your list. All the iconic brands are here – think Gucci, Louis Vuitton, Cartier. Don’t be shy about window shopping, even if the price tags make your eyes water.

The grand dame of Amsterdam shopping is the magnificent De Bijenkorf department store overlooking Dam Square. This historic building has been a shopping institution since 1870. Wander glittering designer halls and treat yourself to something special – you deserve it!

In the mood for something more boho? Make your way to The Nine Streets district. Cobblestoned lanes are dotted with cute boutiques, vintage stores, and art galleries. Spend an afternoon browsing for handmade jewelry, antique prints, and of-the-moment fashions from up-and-coming designers.

For vintage pieces and bargain deals, don’t miss the Waterlooplein flea market. Scour stalls heaped with second-hand clothes and quirky memorabilia.

Part of the fun is never knowing what unique treasures you might dig up. Hone your haggling skills and come home with armfuls of Amsterdam finds.

No visit is complete without experiencing the Albert Cuyp street market. As Amsterdam’s most famous and best-loved market and with over 300 stalls stretched along several city blocks and selling everything from fruits and vegetables, to yummy cheese and meats as well as clothes and jewellery, the Albert Cuyp street market is definitely worth visiting. London really is one of the greatest shopping destinations in Europe (We’re not being biased honestly!).

No matter your style or budget, there’s something for everyone.

Oxford Street is one of our personal faves. With all the major department stores and high street shops, you can’t go wrong. We love wandering through the iconic Selfridges – it’s like a luxury playground in there!

If you’re looking to really splurge, London has no shortage of designer boutiques. You can’t miss the opulent Chanel and Prada flagship stores. Harrods is another must-see, like a palace filled with the most glamorous handbags, jewelry and more. Just prepare to drop some serious cash if you visit!

But don’t overlook the fabulous markets aeither. Camden Market is so funky and eclectic. You can find such unique clothing and souvenirs amongst all the food stalls and music. Portobello Road is also a treasure trove of antiques, vintage fashion and curiosities.

Some of our favorite hidden gem shops are Neal’s Yard in Seven Dials, Camden Passage, Islington and King’s Road. Get ready to lose hours browsing their independent boutiques!
