Just over a month away from the 2023 NFL draft, there is a clear leader in the quest to be the first wide receiver drafted.

The latest odds update from DraftKings sportsbook gives a definite favorite for the first WR to hear his name called in April’s draft. After a fantastic display at the Buckeyes’ pro day, Ohio State wideout Jaxon Smith-Njigba has cemented himself as the top candidate to go the highest.

Smith-Njigba is listed at -200 to be the first wide receiver drafted. He’s got a considerable line over TCU’s Quentin Johnston, who is next at +475. Zay Flowers from Boston Colleges is third at a distant +600.

Jordan Addison from USC has fallen to fourth in the odds at +700. He was the top choice to be the first WR selected back in January.
